Better bug reporting

Below the graph, there should be a link which says, 'Not what you were expecting? Send this data to us for bug reporting!'. This would save the user's input (prevent expunging after 24hrs) and provide a link to opening a new ticket on Lighthouse with the reference of the data. Note user data should stay private.
